Welcome to the final week of the regular season! Final playoff teams still to be determined, seeding to be figured out, and possible upsets on the cards always makes the last season the most exciting! To the teams that have already been eliminated from playoffs, thanks for playing this season and letting me write for you all and cast you. I hope that you all have learned a lot from playing in BOL. For the teams with future playoff games riding on tonight, good luck! Let's get into it

Piltover -
TPO Reformed vs Conduit Crashout - In the match to determine which team finishes last in the division I wonder if the teams will actually try, or if they will just for fun it and pick random shit. Both of these teams I had hope for at the start of the season but they seemed to never be able to get it. I am just hopeful that they at least had fun with the season.
The High Council vs Imperial Gaming - A series that determines who is in and who is out for the playoffs. The High Council can jump up to 4th seed if they 2-0 and Maelstrom also loses 0-2, but if THC loses this series they are out and IG is in. THC should be focused on playing for Alberio and Lambo in the bot lane while getting Ya KB a good matchup as that has been what is working for them the best. Lokrakil will be on a gank heavy jungler again and look to impact his lanes while most likely leaving Axel on an island, since that is how they have played most of the season. IG will need to get Azure and Paradigm ahead if they want to have a fighting chance in this series as I think their teamfight is lackluster in comparison to that of THC. IG has had a shaky season but has still had solid showings. If Swaggy is having a rough day it will make it very hard for his team to come back as he does normally run it when stuff starts going for south for him. These teams both have a bot and mid lane focused team so which every one gets ahead in this series should be able to carry it for their team and get the last playoff spot.
Maelstrom vs Monkeys Knights - Two teams that have already locked their playoff spots have nothing more to play for this week then pride. Maelstrom would like to get the upset 2-0 to secure 4th seed, but they are playoff bound even if they lose. I expect both teams to be trying some new stuff tonight to get ready for playoffs and look to make the run for the championship.
Monkeys Construction vs SG Proton - Both headed for the playoffs, but who will be the second seed? The matchup of Monkeys vs SG determines who will be second seed and can avoid the Knights until finals. The big point of this matchup is the age old tale of Alf vs Nightmare, one that goes seasons back now. Both of these mids like to play to enable their teammates but that does not mean that they can carry themselves, but Nightmare is more of a hard carry to me then Alf. The real focus of this match is the bot lane, Yomi and Draconical versus Gopamine and Concrete. Yomi and Draconical have been a dominant force all season long while Gopamine and Concrete play more so to scale into the game and be later game carries. I’ll be honest with you all, I can talk about each of these lanes and particular match ups for hours but I’m not going to be doing that. This is such a pivotal matchup for both teams to have solid momentum going into playoffs.
Zaun -
Eclipse Valkyries vs Conduit Kraken - While Eclipse is already eliminated from playoffs, Kraken is still fighting for their lives and hoping they get some help with other teams from their division. Kraken needs to get a victory tonight to even have a chance to make it into the playoffs. Eclipse can play spoilers to those hopes by winning this series but that is harder said than done versus Kraken even though they have had an up and down season. Kraken needs Chrome and Raven to have their normally carry games we saw earlier in this season to get a win tonight. For Eclipse, its hard to say with all the roster changes they have had this season it is hard to figure out their strong point on the map.
Monkeys Inc vs TPO Redemption - Monkeys Inc is playing to get the second seed tonight while TPO Redemption still has a chance to get first, but can fall down to 3rd tonight with an 0-2 lose. Monkeys Inc will look to play for Grim and FoxStepBro to have double range prio in the bot lane while Charlie just runs rampant in the jungle, with Feathers being a rock in the top lane as he has all season. TPO will need Pelli to neutralize Charlie while Edojun tries to shake up Feathers in the top lane. Fini and Kittens can keep the Inc bot duo in control while they scale into the game, which is what they have done a lot in this season. Weez and Thelordjk is an interesting matchup for me as I can see either of them getting the edge in this match up, it just depends on how their team drafts for them. The most important role in this series will be Charlie vs Pelli, and they will need to make sure to get their impact on the map earlier and continue with the pressure to force the other down and out of the game.
Dorado Lambda vs Conduit Flux - Dorado has a chance to sneak into the playoffs after the rough season they had, while Flux can secure first seed tonight. Flux has been a very consistent team this season, even with subs coming in from time to time through the season. Dorado made quite a few roster swaps this year, and it seems to be putting them on the right track, with only a couple of slip ups. Dorado has recruited a goated mid laner in Gabe Leo, who has been getting carried by his support up in emerald, who has been having some great pop off performances. Socks will have his hands full tonight going up against him, but Socks is a solid laner and should be able to keep him in check for the most part. Sunrai will have the hardest time tonight going against Aminarc who has been playing amazing so far this season. Sunrai has been shaky in his role swap and he needs to step up tonight and not get gapped to give his team a chance to get to the playoffs. Tort and Panda should be able to do more of the same they have all season going against Efron and Killerfox as they are not a super dominant duo. Both of these teams have a lot to play for tonight, and I cannot wait to cast this series,
Contingent Purple vs Monkeys Sharks - Sharks can actually miss the playoffs if they lose this series, and that is possible as Contingent Purple actually looked good last week when they played TPO Redemption. Contingent is still looking for their first series win and it can be possible against the Monkeys as they have been inconsistent this season. Sharks are the favorite in this matchup and either a 2-0 or 2-1 series win will lock them in for the playoffs. Yukino and Dark Frenzy will need to carry as they normally do, but Neonsword and Drakkenrich can hold their own and even surprise their opponents and be rather strong in lane. I think any team can win this series and with playoff implications this is an important series.
