Hey everyone this is a short article from me explaining all the possibilities for the end of the season so teams know who they should be gassing up in general chat and who they are praying for the downfall of. Premier Points End Of Season is the basic points total sheet for anyone curious that I made and referenced.

2-0 Win - 6 points

2-1 Win - 5 points

1-2 Loss - 3 points 

0-2 Loss - 2 points

0-2 Loss with 1 FF - 1 point

Forfeit - 0 points

Elysium

Last Week Opponent: High Alert

Elysium have locked a playoff spot. To lock themselves into a top 4 finish they need to win just 1 game and the lowest they can end the season is 5th thanks to their wins over Conduit and Dorado earlier in the split. Winning the series against High Alert means that Elysium locks a top 3 finish. Elysium has the TieBreaker win over The Spire so they look to be the first seed coming into playoffs especially considering that Elysium plays High Alert who surrendered their last series and have just 1 series win this year. TSI can pass Elysium if Elysium drops games as they only have a 1 point lead over the third place TSI and The Spire can also pass Elysium if they drop games.

Spire

Last Week Opponent: Literal Monkeys

Despite struggling in their past 2 weeks the Spire are still tied for 1st place in Premier and locked for playoffs. To lock a top 4 playoff seed they need to win just 1 game against the Literal Monkeys. Winning the series guarantees that they finish in the top 3. The Spire can only fall to 5th place as they have tiebreaker series wins over Conduit and Omega Gaming. To lock first the Spire must win more game against The Literal Monkeys than Elysium does against High Alert as they have the tiebreaker over TSI.

Team Solo Invade

Last Week Opponent: Omega Gaming

TSI are completely in charge of their own fate this week and have locked a playoff spot. They play Omega for third seed. With a series win against Omega TSI locks a top 3 finish. Losing means that TSI can end the season as low as 5th as Dorado or Conduit can pass them and Conduit has the tiebreaker series win over them if the two teams tie. Winning a single game means that TSI locks a top 4 finish. TSI can technically finish the season in first but it requires that the two teams above them lose games as both teams have tiebreakers over TSI.

Omega Gaming

Last Week Opponent: Team Solo Invade

Omega Gaming are in charge of their own fate. A series win against TSI means a top 3 finish. Winning a single game in this series means that Omega guarantees at least 5th overall. If Omega fails to find a game win this week they can technically finish the season as low as 6th place.

Conduit Esports

Last Week Opponent: Dorado Gaming

Conduit are the only team at risk of losing their playoff spot as The Literal Monkeys beat them in week 1. Conduit with a single game win guarantees themselves a playoff spot. Conduit is also playing Dorado for possession of a 5th seed slot. Conduit can technically climb as high as third seed if they win 2-0 and then the Omega Vs. TSI series is a 2-1 Victory for Omega as they have the Tiebreakers over both teams.

Dorado Gaming

Last Week Opponent: Conduit Esports

Dorado with their 2-0 victory last week locked themselves a playoff spot. Dorado plays Conduit this week and winning this series guarantees them a top 5 finish and almost every time a top 4 finish. Dorado cannot take third seed as Omega has the tiebreaker over them. To win and come 5th Dorado needs to win this series in a 2-1 fashion and have Omega win 2-1 as well. With the tiebreaker over the Literal Monkeys even losing 0-2 means that they are safe. 

Literal Monkeys

Last Week Opponent: The Spire

There is only one path for the Literal Moneys to get into playoffs. The Literal Monkeys need to win 2-0 over the Spire. They then also must have Dorado 2-0 Conduit Esports in their series. If both of these happen the Literal Monkeys make playoffs as the 6th seed as they have the Tiebreaker win over Conduit Esports.

High Alert

Last Week Opponent: Elysium

High Alert cannot make the playoffs but plays a pivotal role in deciding the end of the season as the top of the table standings are incredibly tight. A 2-0 win for High Alert this week means that Elysium can end the season as low as 4th.

TLDR:

The top 6 teams have locked a playoff spot with the exception of Conduit Esports. Most teams in the middle are playing each other. Win your last week come top 4 lose and be in the dangerous 5th or 6th seed, not having a fallback series loss in playoffs.
