CONTEXT
Blue Otter League received a question about a player that had previously played on the Event Kaizen team. The question was concerning a player named "Spåt" and why they were eligible for playoffs since they didn't have 60 games at the time. It was found out that the account that was used in BOL IBS was named Spåt and then name changed to Infamous Jinx. An alternate account was changed to Spåt which confused the BOL member. Even though it seemed like an easy thing to explain, BOL decided to open up an investigation about the player since they did not list any alternate accounts on their player registration form. On June 19th, the player changed the name of his alternate account to Kwreak and changed an undisclosed 3rd account, that was formerly named Kwreak, to Spåt (https://www.op.gg/summoners/na/Sp%C3%A5t). The account peaked Gold 3 for more than 7 days in Season 12 which would have made them ineligible under all circumstances. Therefore, the player is considered to be smurfing. Upon further investigation, it was found that Ziggifyy, OrnnlyFannns, Gam1ngN3rd, and MooseyKitten all had knowledge of the account and knew the player was smurfing. As of right now, we don't have evidence that the coach or Wower007 knew about the higher ranked account but the investigation is still pending. Spåt (Discord: 173579548128968705) will be permanently banned from Blue Otter League for smurfing.
Ziggifyy (Discord: 115568848136175625) will be permanently banned from Blue Otter League for knowledge of smurfing.
OrnnlyFannns (Discord: 319943799361241088) will be permanently banned from Blue Otter League for knowledge of smurfing.
Gam1ngN3rd (Discord: 760130563783786527) will be permanently banned from Blue Otter League for knowledge of smurfing.
MooseyKitten (Discord: 618981748595884032) will be permanently banned from Blue Otter League for knowledge of smurfing.
EH Kaizen will be stripped of their Season 9 IBS title and the title will be given to CB Clowns
