The Storm Watch Finals Edition

After months of fierce competition and a field of 32 hopeful teams, we’ve reached the pinnacle of the season: the grand finals. Only two teams remain, and both are just one series away from claiming the title of Season 13 champions. The stakes are high, the tension is real, and tonight history will be written.
On one side, we have XSV Gluttony, the number one seed from Ionia. Dominant all split long and fresh off their win in the Aegis Eternal League, this team has consistently looked like the squad to beat. I’ve been a believer in them from day one, and they’ve done nothing but justify the hype.
On the other side, standing between Gluttony and the crown, are Conduit Sun, the third seed from Demacia. If you’ve been following Storm Watch this split, you know I’ve been skeptical of this team throughout the season. And yet, here they are facing down the top dogs with a chance to silence every critic, myself included.
Before I dive into my predictions and break down how I think this clash will play out, I wanted to give you something more personal. So, I reached out to all ten players competing in tonight’s finals to get their thoughts on their season, their opponents, and how they’re feeling heading into this monumental match.
Let’s hear what they had to say.

Captfil
How did you come up with your league IGN?
Ive had this name since like 2013 when I first played Xbox. Its just Captain + Fil. A shorthand of my name Felipe
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
Not sure, quite a bit. I first played IBSG in Duo. But I took a pretty big break, got tired of comp and also went abroad over the summer.
What do you think the series score will be next week against XSV Gluttony? Will be it another 5 game banger or just a clean sweep?
Honestly, not sure. I think we should be better, so I'll say 3-1.
Are there any picks last week that you wish you went in a different direction on? Like taking a lane bully into Aatrox instead of Maokai?
Yeah I think Maokai was pretty bad in hindsight. I thought it looked good for the team, but I shouldve gone for something stronger, and that im more comfortable with during lane. Probably either Zac or Jax.
Why Ivern Top?
I think its broken, Ive always played werid stuff toplane because I used to watch alot of Wunder. And I just felt inspired one day to bring out Ivern.
Who wins in a 1v1 tournament among all Conduit Sun members, and why is it (or isn’t it) you?
Me. I just fist fight all game, every game.
Any ShoutOuts?
Shoutout to the people who laughed when I said we were top 4 at the start of the season. Respect from Cancun.
LLClasper
How did you come up with your league IGN?
My old league name was nunu child and i just wanted to change things up so i came up with something, LLClasper just sounded cool to me.
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
I started playing in leagues in 2019 but had to take a break from them in 2022 due to work. this is my first league back so im pretty happy for how its going.
What do you think the series score will be next week against XSV Gluttony? Will be it another 5 game banger or just a clean sweep?
I think the series will prob be 3-2 in favor for us, I know the enemy mid laner from when I used to play he's a good player so I think it should be a fun series
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
I think my biggest learning moment was just taking the shot call role for the team, when I first joined I did not talk much because I just came back from my league break. So finding my voice again def helped me
You play incredibly different styles of jungle across this split but seemed much more confident on carry junglers. Is picking things like Mundo or Sejuani just for overall team synergy? Or is it more about enabling new draft angles?
I def like playing carry junglers but I mainly just play champs that counter the enemy team and enemy jungler. I have a very large champ pool there is only a few junglers that I don't play, so its a big help when drafting
How did you discover Urgot Jungle? Was it a Broxah tech video or something?
This is a funny question :] I play multiple roles and when I play top urgot is one of my fav champs, so I thought I would try it in the jungle and it was surprisingly good so I kept playing it
Who do you feel you have the most synergy with on this roster?
I wouldn't say that I have more synergy with 1 player then another, every player on this team has a unique way of playing the game and I just try to help them excel
Any Shout Outs or Trash Talk you want to do before the series?
I just want to shout out everyone on my team, its not often when you find a group of players that makes the game so fun to play its been a great season whether we win or lose next week(were gonna win :]) As for shit talk I dont really have none but sorry BKP this ones mine.
ProtoMorph
How did you come up with your league IGN?
I have used ProtoMorph since my days of Socom us navy seals and its just been a username since i was a child im showing my age
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
Ive only had about 5 times if ever done a league in around 4 years. with 2 in the past year.
What do you think the series score will be next week against XSV Gluttony? Will be it another 5 game banger or just a clean sweep?
I think our games will go just as they did the other night bangers in the 35-40.
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
My biggest learning moment is to try to keep the competitive mindset instead of the YoloQue mindset.
A lot of winning teams in BOL the past couple of splits are playing this style more similar to you of having supportive mids and carry junglers however we rarley see this in pro play. Why do you think that is?
I have to be honest i havnt watched pro play since bjerg was on TSM.
What part of playing Malzahar brings you joy?
My favorite part of playing malz is just the easiness and the amount of unseen damage he can bring with his space aids.
What’s the mid lane matchup that makes you go, “Yep, it’s gonna be that kind of game”?
The mid lane match up probs that i hate the most is going against a good viktor.
Any ShoutOuts?
Just Captfil asking me to play mid on a team a day before lockins and giving me a mid chance. and the team for just having fun while playing and enjoying losing or winning.
Domination2340
How did you come up with your league IGN?
Domination2340 was my Xbox gamertag, so when my friends and I went to PC gaming, I thought it would be easier to keep my tag the same.
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
I think I started playing in these amateur leagues in risen rampage 2024.
What do you think the series score will be next week against XSV Gluttony? Will be it another 5 game banger or just a clean sweep?
Our Pacers-like magic probably runs out and we go down 0-3, but I do hope that its a banger series like our semifinals match against Mint, even if it means I have to go to sleep at like 2 AM. I don't think I've played against any of the players before, but from the scoreboards and what others say, I know that XSV Gluttony is a very good team and it'll take a huge effort from us to upset them. We're used to being the underdogs, and are ready for 1 more series as such.
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
Understanding that I should take a back seat and let my teammates flourish. When I played in plat, I was typically the focal point on the team, but this split has helped me see that I'm outmatched by a lot of emerald botlaners, and I should play around my teammates better. So, I've tried to focus on doing that both in draft and in game.
You played a lot of Utility Marksmen last week against Well Show Them All and still massively performed being the series MVP for myself. Do you think that anyone else on your team deserved it more?
I appreciate you giving me flowers, but there's no way in hell I think I should be given MVP for that series lol. I knew going into it that Mint's botlane was going to be very strong, so I was just wanting to get by in lane by farming and hopefully contributing a bit in teamfights, which I don't think is what an MVP performance would consist of. Captfil and Clasper both were instrumental in our win by picking off-meta picks to try and catch Mint off guard, and they played very well throughout all the games, meanwhile I was a 70 stack senna at 30 min in game 1 and a non-existent jinx in game 4. So, I think Captfil or Clapser deserved MVP for the series in my opinion.
Is it fun as an ADC player to play in a fearless league? So much of ADC to me as an outsider just seems to be looking at tierlist Data to select your picks and builds but Fearless means that you get to play things that are not just best ADC of the patch.
Well, I'm only allowed to pick the champs that Captfil allows me to play anyways. Okay but seriously, fearless is way more fun as it forces different champs to be played each game, instead of the same champs being prio-picked every game. I do sometimes look at lolalytics to see what is strong, but at this elo I think comfort picks are probably better to pick than what the highest winrate champs are all the time. For example, I looked at the stats and saw senna was strong, picked it, and did absolutely nothing on the pick in the last series. Comfort over analytics (usually).
What is your thoughts on mage botlaners as a balance standpoint? Do you want them to just have their armor values lowered so that they leave your lane or are you fine with randomly playing against Ziggs and various mages?
I think mages botlane are usually stronger than typical marksmen most of the time, especially if you they are being piloted by an experienced mage player. It's annoying to deal with mages as a typical marksman, and ADC players have weak mentals so tilting them in lane by constantly poking them out could lead to the ADC player making ill-advised plays and the mage capitalizing. I'm not smart enough to think of how to balance mages in the botlane, so I'll leave that to the 200+ years of experience that the Riot devs have!
Any ShoutOuts?
Obviously big shoutout to my teammates, I somehow convinced 4 players to team with a gold player in an emerald league lol. This team was formed literally the day before our first BOL match, and I think making finals is a pretty good outcome. Huge shoutout to Genetics and the Conduit organization for supporting the team. The Conduit community is full of great people and is why I have enjoyed playing on conduit teams for so long. Of course, shoutout to BOL and all the staff/content creators that keep the league running. Lastly, shoutout to all the other teams in BOL Emerald this split, especially the teams we've faced in playoffs as these have been some of the most fun games of league I've played in a while. The banter in the chat and wild outcomes have made this split one that I'll remember for a long time.
Boldfont
How did you come up with your league IGN?
When World of Warcraft released its dungeon queuing system in ….2009? I got a big bag of molly and created a warrior with the dream of being the most insane leveling dungeon booster tank in the que. Huge pulls, no down time, hog dps. Boldfont was born, and I met my future baby mamma during the binge. OG Boldfont only saw dungeons that one day, but it was enough for him to become a part of me.
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
I started out in OKLCS (Oklahoma League ) in like 2015. I dont always have time to do comp but its my fav hobby.
What do you think the series score will be next week against XSV Gluttony?
Conduit 3-2 ( 1 am )
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
Captfills comms and in game leadership leveled up my understanding of in game dictation, and broadened what I think is possible in macro planning. They way our team as a whole comms and navigates the game and wades through all the shit beds on the way to the nexus helps me improve every game.
As the president of the Anti Fan Club of Conduit Sun does it bother you at all? Or does my hate fuel you to play better?
Doesn't make me play better, but it is definitely a nice cherry on top of victory. We are all here for entertainment , and it adds to that in a big way, your weekly articles are awesome and appreciated , content around the league I am participating in is going to be hype no matter what the discourse is. I got some hate in the twitch chat for my blitz tho ( deserved )and I would be lying by omission if I didnt say it made me want to 1v1 the guy.
How did you end up as the support for this team when you stopped being a support main at the end of 2022?
ADC in my elo have their fingers sewn together , and I hate having them on my screen for the first 5 minutes of every game. But support is my favorite role in comp, I enjoy the engage/peel/cc patterns more than last hitting minions. Listed myself for botlane and got an immediate response, played week 1 two days later. Soo Providence I guess.
You seem to play more games of ADC and jungle than support in solo queue. How has playing these roles improved your support play.
I play solo q for damage graph, blasted out of my mind . I get worse every time I que up 100%
Any ShoutOuts?
Shouts to my teammates , for putting up with my old cunty self, and doing whatever it takes to win.

MelloDevils
How did you come up with your league IGN?
-My 2 favorite things marshmello and New Jersey devils
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
-3 splits not even a year
What do you think the series score will be next week against Conduit Sun?
-3-0
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
To not limit test as much
Most games you seem to play the standard top lane picks but I saw you had an Olaf game against Gluttony. What about that draft made you decide to flex Olaf to the top lane?
It’s a great pick into grag
Any thoughts on Kstante? Do you think he is just doomed to being a pro-play nightmare and kept in solo queue jail?? Or do you have faith that Riot will be able to find a way to fix him.
-I think no matter how much ppl hate ksante they should put him back to the way he was especially since fearless is a thing he’s top lanes high mechanic champ and no faith in riot to fix him tho
It is safe to say that you die a lot in solo queue. Is this just you limit testing to try and rapidly improve your 1v1 skills or something else?
a little of both I play mid in solo queue and I win lane majority of the time bc I do like to limit test but I also get trolled a lot on get on a losing streak which causes me to stop paying attention and try to just 1v9 every game in solo queue
Any ShoutOuts?
shoutout to knives and F drop getting me in my first comp split
And big shoutout to shane23 for giving me the chance to play off role helping me improve to win a chip and try to win a second for being a very great guy and org owner. My last shutout to my friend GEIGER for also being there and helping me out with anything I need
And I may not be in the all pro vote but that’s bc I was waiting until playoffs to show I’m better then all these other top laners as an off role laner
Discpreancy
How did you come up with your league IGN?
I am an accountant IRL and you could always say there is a Discrepancy in the jungle one way or the other.
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
I have played since 2022 in comp but also played collegiate in like 2016.
What do you think the series score will be next week against Conduit Sun?
I am predicting a 3-1 us.
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
I learned to really play your game and let your laners do their thing. My team has created a stable enough lane state to where I can control the tempo of the game.
With Conduit Sun playing so many interesting flex picks do you anticipate that you might get the chance to play some more interesting junglers like your Morgana in this upcoming series?
There might be one jungler I haven't really played this split that might come out. But nothing too flashy.
Your team had dropped just 1 game in the playoffs so far. Do you think that is an advantage for the draft as it means your team has been able to hide picks from easy scouting? Or do you wish you had series that went longer to prepare for having to play some less commonly seen champions?
I would say it is a disadvantage, I think we have played most of what we are going to play but we have never drafted without bans and only drafted once with only 3 bans. When we drafted game 4 it did feel different not having the power of picking something R3 and not banning it in second ban phase.
You have had a rough past couple of months in solo queue despite looking really good in BOL. What do you think is the biggest difference in how you play in solo queue vs competitive matches?
I think that the issue is I don't really play differently. I just full clear and look for my gank timers and my bot lane is already 0-5 or my entire top side is gone because of an invade. Shoutout my 11 game loss streak 2 weeks ago! +16 -31 LP gain/loss for life!
Any ShoutOuts?
I would like to shout out the owner of XSV Shane. Shane the owner of XSV did a great job putting this roster together. I would also like to shoutout Wheelchair JG because he theoretically "walked" so I could run to XSV's second chip
xBKP
How did you come up with your league IGN?
I had a unbelievably cringe ign in the past before i started playing in the amateur scene and decided why not become the burger king prince. no other context needed, goated ign.
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
Way too long, I think officially I started playing in like 2019 or 2020 in IBSG leagues. My old pal Bubbster brought me in to the legendary Aqua Phoenix Gaming organization (RIP) and been playing comp ever since then
What do you think the series score will be next week against Conduit Sun?
Obviously everyone was super shocked that Mint vs Conduit went 5 games (and that Conduit won) but Conduit looked pretty solid. They played their game and had some unique draft picks and that series looked like it couldve been a 3-0 from them. With all that said though, we won Aegis & the expectation is that we win BOL too. It will be ANOTHER EASY SET FOR XSV (3-1 prediction)
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
I wouldnt point to a specific point in the season but would rather reflect on XSVG's Aegis championship run. I said it during that finals interview but i truthfully didnt know any of my teammates coming into the season & throught they were random shitters. My guy Shane23 (really really great org owner btw KEKW) said to trust him. These guys showed me they werent total doggie players and I knew i could trust/rely on them to win games & make the right calls.
I stand by my decision that you are probably the best individual laner in BOLE. How did you get so good at laning? Just putting the time in?
Thanks for the kind words but there were/are definitely better solo laners then me. Really just solo q + my many many years of comp/playing the game.
Do you play any warmup games before you hop into ranked or before a series starts? Your game 2 performance is almost always the best in your series that you play and in solo queue.
CATCH ME IN THE BANDLEWOOD BABY, I ONLY BE BRAWLING (or araming) BEFORE OUR GAMES! I try to avoid playing solo q or serious games, gotta preserve the mental
Not many teams have been banning you in 1st phase this year in BOLE even though you seem to pick a lot in the first 3 rotations. Is this just because your team has so many scary things to ban? Or teams just believing that mid-counter picks are potent enough to cause you to stumble?
To me, banning a control mage player = waste of ban. Champions play a similar style & are very interchangeable in most cases
Any ShoutOuts?
Shoutouts: The 4 wards on my team, Shane23 (for being one of the most horrific org owners in my experience but thanks for putting this team together!), and our great coaches ANDYCHEF & SKOOTIN (Bully - Pls give them the champs role if we win)
Matty
How did you come up with your league IGN?
my ign is my nickname irl nothing fancy
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
I have been in and out of the comp scene for a long time playing in some early tournaments like Metro Esports League and LHG tournaments as well as like the inaugural CCS season and some Phoenix Rising Leagues as well usually under the IGN Elusive.
What do you think the series score will be next week against Conduit Sun?
I think the series score will be 3-1 in favor of us
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
I don't think I have a great answer to this, every game and series is a learning experience and i try to improve one way or another from every single set I play.
Most ADC players I know seem to love Jinx, having really high priority on her. You have played her just once this entire BOLE season and she is not in your top 10 most played in solo queue. Why do you not like playing as Jinx?
lol this question is actually my favorite i've ever gotten, Jinx is a copy paste crutch champion for every ADC. You simply get rewarded for not interacting with anyone and throwing your R at a teammate fighting someone. I do not like playing jinx because I just don't think it is enjoyable or rewarding to play. I put jinx in the same vein as Miss fortune, they are the adc, adc's play when they can't play adc.
Do you miss the Mythic item System at all as an ADC player? I think that ADC was the only role where these items were somewhat balanced and I hated the system as a top laner.
I played a very minimal amount in these seasons, the only thing i miss from the mythic item system is galeforce, that item gave adc's so much agency and ability for outplay, please bring it back.
As someone who has games on Kalista, why do you think she is not getting played in Emerald despite being essentially prema banned in competitive for what feels like over a year now?
She's not played because the level of entry for her mechanics are to high for casual players (casual players being relative to casual kalista players) Kalista was and is always one of my top 3 champs. I think she is still strong and able to be picked and played and I mean hey.... it is fearless and we are going into the finals sooooo 😉
Any ShoutOuts?
I'd like to shoutout my boys Setyukki Laeventein and Kaxi. The OG homies who are always supporting and helping me to improve, My goat Canela and my home XSV, best org and org owner Shane(the owner of XSV).
Avi
How did you come up with your league IGN?
its close to my real name, it only makes sense
How long have you been involved in amateur league events?
this is my third split, I started on BingChillers in ~September 2024
What do you think the series score will be next week against Conduit Sun?
I think it will be 3-1 for us. I feel good about our chances. Our team has really good synergy and I think we can shut down any weird shit they do.
What was your biggest learning moment this season that helped you improve?
Theres a lot of times that I run it down before my team is there, and Gluttoy has really got me out of the habbit. Same thing with running it down in lane. Ive really calmed down, but every now and then I still go a little mental and tilt my team.
Your team seems to pick Milio a lot. Is that personal preference from yourself or does XSV as a team feel that the cleanse and generally safety that he offers are worth picking more than other enchanters?
I enjoy playing milio and im very comfortable on it. But at the end of the day we always try to pick what is best for the game. Turns out Milio is really good in a lot of scenarios where clense is required so that is also a big part of it.
You have also played a lot of jungle in prebius seasons playing a lot of Elise and Udyr. Do you think that this has helped your support game with roam timers?
Nah I didn't know shit about roam timers until I watched some youtube videos and talked to people in the armature scene. When I was support in soloq my ass would be bot lane all game. Jungle is a good time, but a lot has changed since those seasons. I'm more of a chill player now so I just play the easiet role in the game.
Vigilant Wardstone is so infrequently built that I am surprised it is still in the game. What do you think Riot needs to do to make this item worth at least considering in a game of League?
I'm gonna be real I didn't even know what item you were talking bout at first. This item is really OP, but you dont need to build it until super late game. Supp being such a low econ role means its not worth getting it until you finish the rest of your items. Storing 3 pinks in late game scenarios can be very important, especially because teams clear vision back and forth so often.
Any ShoutOuts?
Shout out to the CO-OWNER OF XSV SHANE. honestly great guy, keeps everything chill but still competitive. couldn't have asked for better owner. Also huge shoutout to the entire Gluttony team, its been fantastic playing with these guys and its gonna be sad when we break the team. Even if we hadn't made it so far in BOL and AEGIS I think I would still look back fondly at our time as a team.
Finale Prediction
After a long and wild ride through the Blue Otter League Emerald season, we’ve arrived at our final stop: the grand finals. Conduit Sun and XSV Gluttony will meet on the Rift one last time, each aiming to etch their name into BOLE history. Both teams have taken vastly different roads to get here one paved with chaos and comebacks, the other with ruthless efficiency. And now, it’s time to settle it all.
For Conduit Sun, the path has been anything but smooth. Every round of the playoffs has been a scrap. They’ve gone to five games twice, dropped games in every series, and managed to hang on by the edge of their teeth more than once. But in those struggles, they’ve showcased a scrappy, creative style of League that’s made them one of the most fun teams to watch this season. From clever drafts to bold early play, Conduit has kept us guessing and kept winning.
In stark contrast, XSV Gluttony has bulldozed its way through the playoffs in typical Gluttony fashion. They’ve dropped just one game since the playoffs began and have barely broken a sweat doing it. Their style has been no-frills, fundamentals-first League of Legends. XSV doesn’t need to pull out surprise picks or galaxy-brain comps they win by doing what they do best, better than almost anyone else in the league.
Stylistically, both teams love early tempo and dragon control. But the way they achieve it differs greatly: Conduit Sun aims to innovate and outdraft, while XSV Gluttony executes clean, calculated pressure. To understand how this clash might unfold, let’s break it down lane by lane.
Top Lane: Mello Devils (XSV) vs. Captfill (Conduit)
This matchup might fly under the radar, but it could turn out to be one of the series’ most chaotic swing points. Mello Devils has been the weakest statistical performer on XSV this season. Lowest KDA of any playoff top, fewest standout performances, and a tendency to die often. But they’ve also never truly been the reason XSV loses. Instead, they play weak side well, absorb pressure, and open space for their carries to shine. But here's the curveball: Mello Devils regularly practices ADCs and mid-lane mages. In a meta and matchup like this, don’t be surprised if something off-meta like a waveclear mid-mage in top lane sneaks into the draft.
On the flip side, Captfill has been a high-variance beast. He boasts stronger laning stats, better damage output, and a much bigger presence in wins. When he pops off, Conduit Sun looks like a top-tier team. But he’s also shown shaky games, sometimes feeding or overcommitting in key moments. Still, if Conduit is to win these finals, it likely starts with Captfill getting ahead and destabilizing the top lane.
Edge: Slightly Conduit Sun, but only if Captfill can keep it together.
Jungle: LLClasper (Conduit) vs. Discrepancy (XSV)
This might be Conduit’s best lane of the night. LLClasper has been phenomenal all season flexible, consistent, and always one step ahead in the early game. He’s cracked the top 25 players in the league and is one of the most reliable engines in Conduit’s playstyle.
Meanwhile, Discrepancy has been solid, but rarely asked to be a superstar. He does his job, facilitates lanes, and doesn’t die randomly. But compared head-to-head with LLClasper’s champion pool, KDA, and gold efficiency, this looks like another spot where Conduit Sun might gain ground especially if LLClasper is allowed to get something like Nunu, Urgot, early in the draft.
Edge: Conduit Sun, especially in early tempo and creative pathing.
Mid Lane: XBKP (XSV) vs. ProtoMorph (Conduit)
This is where the series might crack wide open. ProtoMorph had a rough semifinals. He was solo killed multiple times, drafted for safety, and still ended up being a liability. Against Zuiy, the difference was clear and now, he’s running into XBKP, who might be even more dangerous.
XBKP is a menace in the lane. Aggressive, confident, and willing to make risky plays for big leads. His average gold lead at 15 minutes is over 1400. He deals 200 more damage per minute than ProtoMorph and, more importantly, controls the tempo of the entire map. If Conduit can’t rein him in, he will take over. This lane has the potential to be not just lopsided but catastrophic for Conduit.
Edge: XSV Gluttony, heavily.
Bot Lane: Domination2340 & BoldFont (Conduit) vs. Matty & Avi (XSV)
Both teams tend to play away from bot lane, often using it as a utility zone while the real action happens elsewhere. But depending on the draft, this lane could tip either way. Matty and Avi have had more high-resource games and are capable of dominating if given early lane priority. If this series turns into a 5-minute dragon rotation brawl, XSV’s superior waveclear and dragon setups could make the difference. Caitlyn lanes, Sivir push comps, and Tristana punish lanes all give XSV the tools to turn bot into a win condition if needed.
Domination2340 and BoldFont, on the other hand, are more passive but generally stable except when BoldFont isn’t. BoldFont tends to overroam and die. He’s had four games this season with double-digit deaths and has been caught out repeatedly on stream. Compare that to Avi, who hasn’t died more than 5 times in a game all year, and you start to see a glaring gap in consistency.
Edge: XSV Gluttony due to cleaner teamfighting and fewer mistakes.
Can the Sun Rise or Will Gluttony Feast Again?
Let’s be real, I’ve been skeptical of Conduit Sun this entire split. I am president of their Anti Fan Club. Conduit Sun is a volatile team with amazing highs and brutal lows. If LLClasper and Captfill pop off, if ProtoMorph holds even, and if BoldFont can contain himself, then sure they could win. But that’s a lot of ifs stacked on top of each other.
XSV Gluttony has been cold, calculating, and consistent. They don’t rely on hero plays. They don’t tilt. They don’t overextend. They show up, play their game, and walk away with a win. And in a high-stakes final, that’s the team I’m trusting. The people also agree with me the poll in general chat currently sits at 68% conduit win predictions.
Prediction: 3-1 XSV Gluttony.
As long as they protect XBKP, don’t overchase side lane picks, and maintain vision around Dragon, I expect Gluttony to feast and lift the Season 13 BOLE Emerald Trophy.
